Big, BIG, Bertha

I uncovered yet another old sewing machine that no one knows anything about.  I have never seen either one of these machines.  But I sure am glad I have found them.  I thought all this time they were Emmy's.

She has just we resting all this time in the laundry room.  Waiting for her day to shine.  Now is the time sister!

I lugged her heavy self up the stairs to the kitchen.  I tried to look it up on the Internet.  I was amazed that all of the cords were intact.  I held my breath as I plugged her in.  I was praying he wouldn't shortcircuit the house.  I held my breath.  I closed my eyes.  When I opened them I could not believe that the light was on.  I thought that I might as well try to sew a little bit.  Low and behold!!! she purred like a kitten.  Worked perfectly!!

So if anyone wants to try their hand at sewing masks...here ya go you can try out your skill on the newly resurrected Armstrong De Luxe Zig Zag machine.
