A Little Something For The Front Porch

I'm getting ready for those cool mornings and evenings on the porch.  I have been gathering free old jeans and sweaters from all over the place.. Thanks to all that donated.  Now you all need to visit and sit on the swing for a bit.  My next door neighbor was cleaning our and found a piece of plaid wool that matches perfectly.  headed to the porch now while the babies are sleeping with a book and some sweet tea.

It's just about time for me to be getting my act in gear for some sewing for the Harley Ride in Huntington in May.  So far I have made...

 

a frames t-shirt...

and two pillows.

 

This year Karen has asked me to make some wall hangings instead of t-shirt quilts.  I have the shirts already cut out and most of them backed.  Now to figure out how to sew them.  Should be finished in a few weeks.
